How to use

1. Download the ZIP and open the PDF for your paper size.
2. Print at home or at a print shop at 100% / "Actual size". Use card (160 to 250 gsm) for the vision boards, word cut-outs and affirmation cards.
3. Print only the pages you need again, for example a new habit tracker or check-in each month.
4. Glue in photos or magazine pictures, draw, or use the word cut-outs. Then hang your board where you'll see it every day.
