  1. THESE TERMS

These terms apply when you visit our website or purchase goods from Shop Willson. Please read them before placing an order.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

  1. PRODUCTS

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Pre-owned products, including jeans, may show signs of previous use. We will describe any material wear, damage or known faults in the product listing.

Product availability may change without notice.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be accepted.

  1. ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable
• The price or product information was clearly incorrect
• Payment cannot be authorised
• We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, we will issue a refund.

  1. DELIVERY

Shop Willson currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown before you place your order.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days.

Some products may be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one parcel.

Please check that your delivery information is correct before ordering. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Responsibility for the goods remains with Shop Willson until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them.

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

For most online purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To request a return, email t.willson2892@gmail.com with your order number and wait for return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend using a tracked service.

Returned products should be in the condition received, with their labels, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product has reduced its value.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including personalised goods, perishable goods and sealed hygiene-sensitive products that have been unsealed.

  1. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

You are entitled to remedies when goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose.

If there is a problem with your order, contact t.willson2892@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

  1. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Where required by law, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Additional charges for an enhanced delivery service may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

  1. WEBSITE USE

You must not:

• Use the website unlawfully
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Introduce viruses or malicious software
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Shop Willson name, website content, graphics and original materials belong to Shop Willson or their respective licensors.

Product names, company names and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, delivery and other functions.

Those providers may have separate terms and privacy notices. Shop Willson remains responsible for its obligations to you as the retailer.

  1. LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for business losses arising from purchases made as a consumer or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

  1. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our business, services or legal obligations.

The terms applying to your purchase are those in effect when your order is placed.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory legal rights and protections of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
